The entrance to Huayna Picchu is done in two time batches.

First turn: from 7 to 8 hours. (200 visitor capacity).
Second turn: from 10 to 11 hours. (200 visitor capacity).

The tour starts from the entrance of the Inca City, taking the route of circuit Nº 3 until you reach the entrance control of the Huayna Picchu Mountain.

At this point begins the ascent to the mountain that has a height of 2,681 m.a.s.l. From the top of the Huaynapicchu mountain, visitors can see the majestic Inca city Machu Picchu and the sacred mountains that surround it.

The ascent to Machu Picchu mountain is a unique experience. From its summit, at 3,061 m.a.s.l., visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Machu Picchu and the surrounding Vilcanota River (sacred river for the Incas).
The ascent time to the mountain is approximately four hours, varying according to the physical state of the visitor.

The total time of the excursion, contemplating the tourist visit to the Inca city following the circuit Nº 1 is six hours.
It is important that the visitor carries their ticket, identity document or passport and that they register manually in the registration book both at check-in and check-out.

Regulation of visit to the City of Machu Picchu.

– Make inscriptions on floors, walls, stones, etc. under penalty of penalty.
