Sixteen years ago, when in Cusco there were only cafes or restaurants of typical food, the Cusco people had a pleasant surprise, Inka Grill opened its doors.
The gastronomic circuit that exists today in the city is due, in large part, to the vision that its owners had. This is how Marcelo Valencia, from Cusco, has a pure strain, while he hastens his chicken Milanese with gnocchi, one of the restaurant's most popular dishes.
Like Marcelo, we settled on a table in front of the large window that allows us to contemplate, almost as a postcard, the Plaza de Armas. From there, with a delicious pisco sour in hand, we can only confirm that life is beautiful in this corner of the world.
